Refund Policy

Thank you for purchasing a personalized garden plan from TheYardwise.

1. Digital Content Nature

Our garden plan is a digital product delivered electronically. Due to the nature of digital content — which can be instantly accessed, copied, and retained — we do not offer refunds for change of mind once the content has been delivered.

2. Your Statutory Right of Withdrawal (EU & UK Consumers)

Under Directive 2011/83/EU Article 16(m) and the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 Regulation 37, you have a 14-day right to withdraw from this contract. However, this right is lost once performance begins — that is, once you download, view, or otherwise access your personalized garden plan.

By checking the confirmation box at checkout, you:

• (i) give your prior express consent to begin performance of the digital content immediately (before the 14-day withdrawal period ends); and
• (ii) acknowledge that you will lose your right of withdrawal once performance begins.

A confirmation of this consent will be sent to your email address.

3. Refund Exceptions (Quality Guarantee)

Despite the above, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase if:

• (a) Technical Failure: You are unable to download or access your garden plan due to a technical issue on our side, and we are unable to resolve it within 48 hours;
• (b) Material Misdescription: The delivered content is materially different from what was described on the product page at the time of your purchase;
• (c) Unauthorized Purchase: Your payment method was used without your authorization (proof required, such as a police report or bank dispute confirmation).

4. How to Request a Refund

Email send@theyardwise.com with:

• The email address you used at checkout
• Your purchase date (or approximate date)
• A description of the issue, with screenshots if applicable

We will review your request within 3 business days and respond within 14 days in accordance with Directive 2019/770 Article 18(1).

5. Refund Method

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Your bank or card issuer may take an additional 5–7 business days to process the refund to your account.

6. Policy Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes apply only to purchases made after the update date. The version in effect at the time of your purchase governs your rights.
